Stichting Breda Robotics processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Automated information
Stichting Breda Robotics does not make decisions about matters that could have (significant) consequences for individuals based on automated processing. This refers to decisions made by computer programmes or systems, without human intervention (for example, an employee or director of Stichting Breda Robotics). Stichting Breda Robotics uses the following computer programmes or systems:
- Office 365: Used for sending and receiving emails and storing documents, including the processing and storage of personal data.
- Mailchimp: Used for distributing newsletters.
- Website: Used for registrations for Stichting Breda Robotics meetings and for signing up for newsletters. The tracking tool Google Analytics is also used to analyse the use of our website and to gain a better insight into our visitors, so that we can tailor our services accordingly. This tracking tool is designed and configured to collect only Non-personal information about your use of our website. Your IP address is anonymised in this process.
- AFAS: is used for processing and storing personal data.
- Social media channels (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) are used to distribute news reports with the use of visual material.
You do understand, however, that such tools and systems are partly created and managed by parties outside of our control. As such, we are not responsible for any information that is actually recorded by such third parties or how such third parties use and protect that information.

Stichting Breda Robotics processes and stores your personal data until the moment you request its deletion. Subsequently, the personal data will be destroyed.

Stichting Breda Robotics shares your personal data NO with third parties without your explicit permission for this. Your data will only be used to enable Stichting Breda Robotics to carry out its work, such as maintaining an agenda function and an administration programme. All programmes that Stichting Breda Robotics uses comply with the same strict legal requirements for the security of personal data. Invoicing for services provided is also processed via a secure online accounting system that is not accessible to third parties, with the exception of the accountant.

Stichting Breda Robotics will use images of its members, attendees of meetings, and spectators for:

By partnering with the Breda Robotics Foundation or participating in activities of the Breda Robotics Foundation, you grant permission for any images taken to be used for the aforementioned purposes.
Stichting Breda Robotics will not publish any visual material that could be harmful to you as a person or organisation. You cannot claim any compensation for the visual material used by Stichting Breda Robotics. You always retain the right to have visual material on which you appear removed; you can then contact us. We may ask you to identify yourself before proceeding with removal.
Photos taken at our events and gatherings may and will be used in our communications. By registering for one of our events or gatherings, you agree to this.
View, amend or delete data
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Stichting Breda Robotics, and you have the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organisation designated by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to info@breda-robotics.nl. To ensure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identification with the request. On this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
