S.V. WIM, or Werktuigbouwkunde voor Industrie en Maatschappij in full, is the study association for Mechanical Engineering students at Avans University of Applied Sciences in Breda. The association was founded in the academic year 2017-2018 with the mission to promote unity among students and provide them with a realistic view of professional practice. By organising various activities like lectures, excursions, and informal gatherings, S.V. WIM offers students the opportunity to develop both socially and professionally. The association acts as a bridge between education and the professional world, and actively encourages connection with the industry through initiatives such as career days and study trips.

At Breda Robotics | B'ROBOTICS, we believe in the power of collaboration. By working together with companies and educational institutions, we realise innovative projects and offer students valuable practical experience.

Together with our partners, we develop, test and implement new applications in robotics and AI within our robotics cluster and field lab. As a partner, you gain access to our tech community, with round-table discussions, workshops and meetings. You can make use of our field lab to test, develop and meet. We also organise events where students, education and companies come together.
