Role & Involvement
Since 2025, W2R Drone Projects has been an official partner of Breda Robotics. The collaboration focuses on innovation, knowledge sharing, and societal impact. Within the “New Technology” work package, W2R is working with, among others, Waterschap Brabantse Delta and Avans University of Applied Sciences on the “Sky Dike” project, which involves using drones for grass mat inspection on dikes. This contributes to water safety and sustainable infrastructure monitoring. W2R actively participates in Breda Robotics’ partner meetings, demonstrations, and projects. The collaboration provides access to a network of companies, students, and governments, and strengthens W2R's position as a pioneer in drone and data applications within the broader robotics ecosystem.
