On Wednesday 30 September, we are officially launching the new Interreg project at Treeport Zundert. SAFT-Solutions (Smart AgriFoodTech Solutions). In this cross-border Flemish-Dutch project, agricultural entrepreneurs, technology companies, and knowledge institutions are collaborating to bring smart technologies such as AI, robotics, and data technology into agricultural and horticultural practice.
The project offers concrete opportunities: agro-entrepreneurs bring practical issues to the table, and companies from the robotics and tech sectors are given the opportunity to develop and test innovative solutions for them. During the kick-off event, we will make this tangible with an explanation of the project, three technology areas presented in a talk show format led by a moderator, and pitches of concrete cases.
After the joint lunch, you can visit the international tree nursery trade fair at your own leisure, free of charge. GrootGroenPlus visits, the meeting place of the sector and the official start of the autumn season.
