On 18 September 2025, Breda will be dedicated to artificial intelligence. During the event AI in the City, we will explore how AI can contribute to a smart, sustainable, and inclusive living environment. Breda Robotics is a proud co-organiser of this programme, which will take place at various locations in the city, including the Blushuis and the NAC Skybox.
How do you leverage AI for an energy-neutral region?
One of the highlights is the pitch by Marvin van Diemen, project manager at Breda Robotics. He presents how AI can be used to create an energy-neutral area with space for water storage, greenery, biodiversity, and circular construction. The project with the WasteShark is central to this, bringing together technology and ecology to accelerate urban sustainability.
Learning together, building together
The congress is part of the City Deal “A smart city, that's how you do it” and brings together policymakers, entrepreneurs, students, and residents. Breda Robotics contributes with workshops, demonstrations, and panel discussions in which we explore the opportunities and dilemmas of AI in the city.
