In January and February, FME is organising five breakfast festivals across the country – each with its own regional flavour, but with one shared goal: to attract more technical talent and foster stronger collaboration between education and business. Following last year's great success, we are organising it again this year. The festival is all about meeting, learning, and doing. Join inspiring round tables, listen to practical stories from businesses and education, and discover how you can make a big impact on the inflow and development of technical talent with small steps. Whether you come to brainstorm, learn, or start new collaborations – you are guaranteed to leave with fresh ideas and valuable contacts. - Working smarter and bringing employees along (In this session, participants will share experiences about implementing smart technologies and bringing employees along in times of change. How do you ensure support and engagement? How do you train your people? How do you deal with the skills gap?)
