Do you remember the discussions about the sustainability of our economy with economist Paul Schenderling? The thought-provoking vision on worldviews from researcher Annick de Witt? Or the space to reflect on the future of the region? West-Brabant We Become in 2024 brought together all these questions and insights.
We will build on that successful first edition on 4 February 2026 during West-Brabant We Become II. This event will also take place this time in the chapel of Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUas).
Together with our inspiring guest speakers, we will delve into the importance of innovative leadership for all of us that evening. That evening, we will work and learn from each other how to utilise innovative leadership to increase broad prosperity and in the major transitions of our time.

Programme
Welcome by Councillor Jeroen Bruijns – 4:30 PM
Start the programme with two inspiring speakers who will challenge us to tackle the challenges in West Brabant through personal leadership and to build our future together.
Interactive workshops – 6:00 PM
Interactive introduction to programmes from the ‘West Brabant Prosperity’ Regional Deal. At the same time, an opportunity to share experiences regarding leadership in contemporary transitions and our perceptions of these.
Closing and plant-based dinner – 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Concluding the programme with a review and valuable insights from the day. Afterwards, the option to join a fully catered plant-based dinner.
