From 24th August to 4th September 2026 Could you submit another application for the Research and Development Fund (R&D Fund) of Regio West-Brabant (RWB). This subsidy fund is intended for projects that contribute to strengthening the economic structure and business climate of West Brabant.
Only small projects in this round
Grant round 2 of 2026 is entirely dedicated to “small projects”: applications between €20,000 and €24,999, with a maximum duration of one year (which can be extended once by another year).
This category has a number of advantages:
- Short, clear project duration
- Grant amount is determined directly with the decision
- Full amount paid out in one go
- No retrospective financial accountability — only a substantive final report with results and evidence (photos, links, presentations, etc.)
For whom?
Both private and public parties based in West Brabant can submit an application — such as businesses, municipalities and educational institutions. A condition is cooperation with at least one other party; cooperation in a triple-helix context (government, education, business) is encouraged. Furthermore, the project must fit within the Strategic Framework of the R&D Fund.
