Day 1 of the Breda Robotics XXL Event is entirely dedicated to entrepreneurs, education, and talent. Throughout this day, companies, students, and educational institutions will discover how robotics and AI are already being applied in practice today. With live demonstrations, practical case studies, and meetings with innovative partners, Breda Robotics will showcase how technology contributes to smarter working, learning, and collaboration. The event brings together business, education, and government to share knowledge, explore collaborations, and connect talent with concrete innovation challenges.

Future makers
During the exclusive programme of the Breda Robotics XXL Event, the Municipality of Breda is organising the segment Future makers. In this private setting, selected entrepreneurs, policymakers and partners come together to discuss the future of Breda: how technological innovation, entrepreneurship and collaboration contribute to sustainable economic and social impact. ‘Toekomstmakers’ is accessible by invitation only and serves as a forum for in-depth discussion within the administrative and strategic programme of the ‘Quality of Care’ event.
For whom?
Future makers is intended for a select group of entrepreneurs and partners who have been personally invited by Breda City Council. Participation is subject to this selection process and the event is therefore not open to the general public.


Side Event: Healthcare Robotics
Applied robotics and AI for the healthcare of tomorrow
During the ZorgRobotica side event The focus is on the practical application of robotics and AI within the healthcare sector. Healthcare organisations, innovators and technology partners are working together to explore how technological solutions can contribute to better care, reduced workload and future-proof care processes. Through real-world examples and discussions, it becomes clear how healthcare technology is already making an impact today — from supporting healthcare professionals to improving the quality of care.
This side event is being organised in collaboration with the Care Innovation Centre (CIC) and provides a forum for sharing knowledge, networking and exploring opportunities for collaboration on current healthcare issues.

Side Event: Error 404: Scale or Fail
Honest stories about growing, scaling, and failing
Error 404: Scale or Fail This is a side event for startups and scale-ups facing crucial growth decisions. During this session, entrepreneurs and experts will share candid experiences about scaling up, strategic decisions, and the moments when things go wrong — and what you learn from them. No success stories without context, but honest insights into what's needed to grow sustainably.
The side event is being organised in collaboration with B'WISE and REWIN West-Brabant and join their role within the regional start-up and scale-up ecosystem. Expect recognition, inspiration, and interaction for everyone involved in entrepreneurship and innovation.

Parking
Parking is available at the P5 area next to the Rat Verlegh Stadium (NAC). From this car park it is approximately 10-minute walk to Breda Robotics. The walking route will be clearly signposted. We advise visitors to allow for extra travel time during peak periods.
